If so, where were the spitter valves located on these reservoirs? Or, was there another means of draining the condensation such as angle cocks? Thanks........

Inside the hood, under each pair of tanks, is a small catch tank to which the spitter valves are attached. even better SP 's version is one of the finalists in my "What version should I finish this Red-Caboose GP-9 kit in?" contest, These are GREAT!!!
