A St. Paul SPUD Question

I thought the Central St. Paul Post Office was just west of the SPUD concourse.  Google Maps shows no idication that it is still there, if it was there.  In this picture I took last Thursday out of a west facing window at the end of the SPUD concourse isn't/wasn't the Post Office the brown building to the right?
