Looks to be in the winter as there is snow still on the shack roof and some ground is dusted near the parked automobiles.

I also like the sign, " GET WISE, SAFETY-IZE"

Interesting to see from this angle.  I never knew the nose was so pointy.  I thought the Eries and C-Liners had generally similar nose shapes other than the C-Liners' being much shorter.  Then again, maybe I've not seen one of those from this angle.

Notice the 3rd Rail. Prior to general dieselization, they had to bring freight into the city with electrics.

Yes, we used the R motors and the tri-power engines.  The tri-power units had 3rd rail shoes and
a Diesel engine that charged batteries to allow the engine to operate on sidings that did not have
3rd rail.

Was the red structure some sort of tower, appears to be between the train's rail and curving spur?
