1969 steam trip on the LV that I rode

Steam trip I rode in July of 1969 from Bethlehem, PA. to Pittston, PA. and return.  Photos from the train are north of M&H Junction. The photo run by is at Mountain Top on the original LV tracks, which are now long gone.

The 765 will be run with a couple of excursions on the Allentown/Bethelhem - Pittston route on August 22 & 23.  Don't know if the routing will be exactly the same as the 1969 excursion, but I would guess that most of the trip would be similar.

LV  EMD F units coupled ahead of the steam locomotive near Pittston, PA.
