Over the years I have photographed many critters and for some have little informatrion.  I would like to rectify that with your help.  

I shot this critter near the EMD Plant in McCook, IL on June 1, 1962.  The radiator tells me it's a Whitcomb and I'm guesing it's a Whitcomb 12-DM-38.  I have no idea to whom it belonged.

Anybody recognize it?

Just a guess, Marty, but I will suggest Vulcan Materials used it at the McCook quarry.  They had tracks that came right up to McCook Tower and most of the ground near the diamonds and along the IHB there was covered in limestone, just as in the photo.
