Sometimes a grab shot comes out better than expected. It is May or June 1978 in Akron, Ohio, and eastbound B&O 3500, C&O 6137 meet westbound B&O 4047 and its train. This location had a CR line on the far right, the two track Chessie System mainline to its left, and finally the EL two track mainline and to its left the EL yard lead. Even better was that decent shots of both westbounds and east bounds could be taken from here in the morning and from the EL side in the afternoon. The light tower was part of the EL McCoy Street Yard.
