This looks to be #12 which was the eastbound Sea Land stack train to Chicago. It used to show up at Savanna, IL, about 7:30 in the morning for some nice shots along the river. Notice that there are still some Gunderson "bulkhead" stack cars in the train that were originally purchased for this service. By the time of this video, these cars, thanks to CSX, had migrated into other duties, replaced by the now common well car. Just some FYI. About half way into the train one of the container doors is open, didn't notice any other generators.
