Very nice video, thanks for posting.  

This looks to be #12 which was the eastbound Sea Land stack train to Chicago.  It used to show up
at Savanna, IL, about 7:30 in the morning for some nice shots along the river.  Notice that there are still
some Gunderson "bulkhead" stack cars in the train that were originally purchased for this service.  By
the time of this video, these cars, thanks to CSX, had migrated into other duties, replaced by the now
common well car.  Just some FYI.

Interesting to note the generator on the first set of cars and the cables hanging along the side. About half way into the train one of the container doors is open, didn't notice any other generators.

You mean East Portal not West Portal. Train is westbound, heading to Seattle then Tacoma, probably train 007. Great catch!
