CNW 8620, probably, west.  CNW had no 8300's, they jumped from SD60's in the 8000's to C40-8's in the 8500s.  

Really interesting mix of power on these trains.  An SDP40F in one train and a BN SD60M leader on a pig train. 
I'll bet the crew was happy to get off that non-air conditioned "green weenie" at the end of their run, no matter
what time of year it was.
