Thanks for the look. Sadly, many rural fire districts and insurance carriers require bridges to be a little bit stronger for the heavier fire engines these days.

There must be a backway in.  They could never double-wides in over the narrow "bridge."

That bridge replaced a slightly more stout structure that disappeared in that temporarily
dry stream shown.

There is an old SP "bridge" flatcar spanning a canal just outside of Los Banos, CA also. It is located right next to the 152 freeway heading in to town.

Looks like another converted flatcar bridge (white?) in background.
