Often there are organizations and folk happy to provide that but someone unfimaliar with the the prototype (or trains in general) wants to do it their way... But we are supposed to be happy it exists and will have paint on it.

Sadly sometimes all good intentions go all to hell like the Frisco 1527 in Mobile with the red drivers.
