It is August 1975 in Savanna, Illinois, and MILW 424 (FM H16-44) sits near the engine facility. There is a wire across the engine access doors. Whether she was used again, I don't know.

Unit is already whitelined. And with headlights gone and doors stapped shut, it's a wrap. From what I remember, Illinois was where the F-Ms were collected before shipment to Milwaukee.
