2. and 3. AMTK 200 with The James Whitcomb Riley at Main Street Station, Richmond, VA on August 8, 1972. 4. AMTK F40PH 201 at South Station, Boston, MA on June 25, 1983. 5. AMTK F40PH 201 with Train 347, The Illinois Zephyr, Lisle, IL on May 13, 1991. The E-8 #200 as you say was an ex-B&O passenger unit and to the best of my knowledge, it spent most of its Amtrak years pulling passenger trains on both the B&O and C&O lines, eventually it was retired and scrapped.
