top: Happened upon one of the three orignal BN MAC's leading a coal empty near Prescott, KS 10-97. middle: A trio of the original paint BN 70MACs leads a coal load south out of Trinchere, CO 9-96. bottom: A pair of fresh from the factory BNSF MACs led a southbound coal load into Greenland, CO 8-99. What do I like about these engines? The classic nose, the big sun visors, the old style numerals on the cab. They have been pretty scarce lately with the downturn in traffic.
