A Dunsmuir Fall we'll never see again

The colors wil be there but something will be missing. SP9817 Weat crossing Castle Creek a few miles south of Dunsmuir sometime in the mid-1990's.

That is a stunning location, and as usual Bob you made the most of it.   

Just curious - the photo has a pretty large dynamic range - did you need to work the scan a fair amount in Photoshop?  What was the original medium?  From previous posts, I would guess a medium format transparancy - was it Kodachrome?
