Help id these ICE picks, Dubuque or Marquette IA?

This is the result of not labling slides and getting older, I,m sure this is a nb ICE frt in clear for a sb ICE with 2 SD,s still in original colors but not sure of where! It could even be Clinton but the bluffs look to high. Please help an old man out. Thanks for any help!

That is Dubuque, IA.

Cool photos, by the way. Those early days of IC&E were some of my best memories as a railfan.

The first one kind of looks like Muscatine, Iowa.  But between the two choices I'd say Dubuque.

Definitely Dubuque. I railfanned that area more than a few times and that's the north end of town. Had a lot of good times there as well. Nice photos. Post some more if you have them.

First one is most definitely for sure the north end of dubuque siding.

First one is Dubuque. Second looks like DBQ area too, and the train looks to be the old IMRL Train 99.
