Nostalgia & History > few Santa Fe "flares" for Friday . . .

.   .   .   from scanned prints in the print albums all taken during summer '70 in Southern California. The first one required a lot of work just to make it look bad, but how many shots do you have of a westbound departing old Barstow yard at old West Barstow tower for points west and north (top)  I think I only have two and this is the best!. Second is westbound at Colton crossing of SP (middle) and last is a repost I'm sure of a westbound descending Cajon Pass into Devore (bottom). Thank goodness for photoshop and like software.

​Wow, that really is a scene seldom photographed, and it makes a very interesting photo. 
​The Cajon and Colton tower images reminiscent of trips to the area with my Dad.  Thanks for posting.
