Rawhide Power Plant. iirc, Buckeye rd is one of the last off ramps on I-25 before Wyoming, although it seems like 15 or 20 miles between off ramps along there. North of Wellington and the Budweiser plant, at one point there's a siding right next to I-25 (Owl Canyon siding but not really near the power plant or a Canyon) and then the route goes on the west side of some hills, then the route is visible from the hiway at the stateline. + fixed two errors, anymore?
