I am working on one of his Santa Fe slides groupings he called "Heralds & Signs."  Here are some examples.

1. A Chicago's Dearborn Station gate sign for Train22 in January 1970.

2. AT&SF Mississppi River Toll Bridge Rate Schedules sign, Ft. Madison, IA in May 31, 1971.  It's a highway above, train below bridge.

3. Tile work inside the AT&SF San Diego Depot, November 1980.

4. AT&SF Newton, KS in March 1972.

5. Yes, the Santa Fe goes to Maine, but Google said this one is in Arizona.  Roger took this in March 1981.

Santa Fe also served Paris, Dublin, and Milano...all in Texas.

The BNSF also runs through Moscow (Tx) via UP trackage rights.

...however, the Moscow Santa Fe served was in Kansas. 

Shouldn't the gate sign at Dearborn be for train #​23 the ​westward ​Grand Canyon instead of #22 ?
