NS H-47 west at Lyons,PA. on 1/28/2001

NS Local H-47 working Push-Pull with CR/PRR 4803 on the west end and CR/PRR 2892 on the east end. This local works the industries on the Reading Line between Reading,PA. and Alburtis,PA. It had just finished up switching East Penn Mfg.(Deka Battery) in Lyons,PA.,and gave me a steam engine style runby at M.P. 13.5 as it headed back to Reading.

That be a great shot. The ex CR B40-8's didn't last long in CR paint with NS Numbers. They were gone rather quickly.  Good catch.   Ben
