That's a shame. The URHS and their rehab company do a wonderful job.

I hope they catch the malefactors and lock 'em up for a while...

I'd be surprised if this hasn't happened before. While close to town in some ways, it's a pretty remote location and vandalism would not be visible from public property. Fortunately it looks like they left most of the restored equipment alone.

Follow up article on the damage.  A 1926 Pennsylvania Railroad baggage car, a camoflaged box car, etc.  Both have been used in the Marine Corps' Toys for Tots program.

As of Friday, the vandals were still on the loose.
