On Saturday 3/30/96 I caught a Wheeling 684 departing the hump at Bellevue, OH with 113 cars. The power is WCO SD40 4018 and WE GP35's 2709 and 2666. This is at the Bauer Rd crossing at Yeoman's West, the train is heading onto Wheeling property.
