SBD and EMDX GP40's at Attica Jct OH 1996

On April 12th, 1996, I caught a westbound CSX K-train waiting for NS at Attica Jct. Seaboard-painted leader 6770 has had the CSX yellow hood ends applied. Trail unit is EMD leaser 201.

EMDX #201, originally started life as Rock Island #381 in 1967. Did a stint with GO Transit in the early 80's after leaving the RI. Last existant as the Portland and Western #3004.

CSX #6770, rebuilt to a GP38-2 and last existant as the GMTX #2695.

Neat pair of engines. Very interesting paint scheme on that lead engine in full Seaboard System paint but with CSXT lettering on the nose!
