Amtrak - 1984
Author: refarkas

Here are two Amtrak photos from 1984.
Image one: A westbound Amtrak "Lakeshore" heads across the Sandusky Bay causeway at Danbury, Ohio on June 21, 1984.
Image two: Amtrak 352 crosses over to another track in Burlington, Ontario on March 26, 1984.

Really neat photos, but was Train 352 really in Ontario in 1984?

There was a train that ran with either VIA or Amtrak power at the time. I saw it several times.

Oh, I see.  It might be Train 63 or 64, The Niagara Rainbow, which operated through between Detroit, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Albany and New York on an all-day schedule in both direction.  Or it might be Train 364 or 365, The International, operated between Chicago, Port Huron, Sarnia, London and Toronto, passing through Burlington West, Ontario.
