Yes, I think you are correct.  Naperville.  I did not have the slide marked other than the date.    But that does sound right. Thanks.

I'll second the location as Naperville. Those houses are still there as can be seen in Google Street View:

I agree, too long a train and too much power for a St. Paul train.

I tend to think the DZ rather than the CZ.  The sun angle seems quite low, motr like one would expect at 5:30 pm that the DZ would pass through, rather than 3:30 pm that the CZ would be there.  Particularly in September when the days were starting to get shorter.

the domes look like a dz, never saw  pics of a 4 unit cz on the q, I am sure it happened
