I Opened the Miscellaneous File
Author: gbmott

I opened a file drawer that has a few hundred miscellaneous slides, virtually none taken by me, that somehow never managed to get filed.  I am going to try to scan six every evening which I will then post, though I am away quite a bit so there will be gaps.  They are mostly "roster shots".  If anyone starts thinking I am just cluttering up the tab, feel free to say so.

Keep posting! This is the best part of entire forum. Then again, I do like looking into the past when it comes to trains and full-size Chevrolet's.....

I agree with Jim.  Keep em coming.  LAL 425 is I think the last existing New Haven C425.

Great shots - but I think the "full-sized Chevy" is actually a compact Oldsmobile.

One for parts on the NY&LE, too lazy to see if it's been scrapped.

LS&I 2501 is on display under the ore dock in Marquette MI, or at least it was in 2011.
