First photo:  Here's an "SP starter set" mixed bag of locomotives on a southbound (SP eastbound) freight in Fremont, CA on Nov. 29 1985 led by a consist of SD45-SD45T2-SD40T2-B30-7-SD40T2-GP9E-SD9E-GP9E  (SP 7558-9235-8380-7807-8503-3188-4371-3833).  Second photo:  It was very unusual for an SP B23-7 to visit Northern California, but here she is, 11-month-old SP 5100 relaxing in Oakland CA on May 7 1981.  This was possibly the first visit of an SP B23-7 to Oakland.  Third photo:  Helpers drifting downgrade at Caliente, CA, July 7 1990.
