Titusville FL station is pictured from last month.  I was surprised to find it, as I had heard that FEC knocked down most of their stations in the late 60s, in order to insure that no passenger service could return quickly after the 1963 strike.

Who owns this building now and for what purpose?

This June of 2010 article seems to suggest the city owns the train station. The article concerns the return of passenger rail on the FEC, and the expectation trains will be running "in three years".  There's a discussion of maintaining it, etc but no mention of purchasing it, and no mention of FEC participating in the meeting.
