A friend bought the property to the right of the photo as shown. He placed a Style B semaphore and a Wig Wag behind his house on the hill just above the track. He usually throws a pretty good New Years party that involves a few roll-bys.

Postcard is presumably train 28-- don't think
102 could get there that early in the afternoon.
Seems to me this is a Steinheimer pic.

Mr. Phil Gosney gave me this very postcard, since my land is in the picture, just to the right of the #1 track on the hills.
