Six SD45's lead an SP westbound at Andover late 1960's

I think I shot this in the late 1960's after I got out of the service. I might not remember the date but I can still remember the sound.

I'll bet you can remember the sound.  Six big SD's in Run8 climbing the Hill...it doesn't get much better than that.  The shot brings back great memories of Andover.  Thanks for sharing Bob.

Fantastic view of a gorgeous section of the Sierras, all made possible by the incredible hand labor of Chinese workers over 100 years ago!  Seems like an impossible effort, but they did it!
