AT&SF #5140 West leaving Keenbrook on Cajon Pass, May 3, 1984. #8757 and #5426 trail. I.M Seidl Kodachrome slide. Date: 03/27/17 17:54 Re: ATSF #5140 on Cajon Pass, May 1984 Author: trainjunkie Is 5140 special in some way? I don't understand the context of the post. The slide is fairly unremarkable on its own.

A "snoot" SD40-2, a U36C, and a SD45, complete with rarely seen exhaust deflectors and a Canadian style intake shield, all in the "Bluebonnet" scheme, which is pretty rare these days. Can't see that on Cajon today, amongst the rather bland orange SD70ACe's and GEVOs that infest the same location. trainjunkie Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Is 5140 special in some way?
