In early 1979 it was wrecked in Texas, sent back to Sacramento for evaluation, and eventually scrapped in Feb. 1980 by M-K. Here it is damaged at Sacramento Shops on August 31, 1979. - Tony J.

Sold to SP, along with the three other EMD GP20 demos in 1962, SP renumbered it to SP7236, then SP4086, and then SP4105. It was sold to OmniTrax in 1991. Here it's receiving some attention at Rosevill on July 2, 1976. - Tony J.
