A couple of Western Maryland units pass in Akron,Ohio on April 8th,1982. The chop nose 6419 is a WM original, but the high nose 5995 is ex C&O.

Always liked the "extra-large cat" on the front of Chessied GP9's,GP7's,etc.

I guess there is a place for the Chessie System paint... but you'll never beat the WM balck with speed lettering.
