Not so much a "where is it" but "where are we". How the heck can a crew do "restricted speed" in this stuff. Taken Nov 16 2008 between Mil 319 and 320 on the Prince George Sub, BC Rail. Doug

Very nicely lighted fog. If that had been on a road, it'd have been a NO GO for me:-)

Restricted Speed requires that being able to stop short of ... within 1/2 the range of vision. Said range looks to be about 10 feet. Believe I'd either have the Condr walk ahead, or stay put until the fog thinned.

Actually we were out on the main track, out of yard limits etc, travelling on a 20 mph permanent slow order and watching for rocks. Doug
