CP freight in Thompson River canyon in the 1970's
Author: spdaylight

Can't remember the exact location of this shot but think it is north of Lytton with a WB freight . . . loved this 'multi-mark' paint scheme. Has a robot control car behind the fifth unit (#1020). And this was back in the day when CP took pride in keeping their units looking a bit cleaner (although these units look pretty new).

It looks like somewhere between Spence's Bridge and Ashcroft so definitely north of Lytton. I think this may be the part where the CP is on the opposite side of the river to the TCH. Maybe shooting north from Martel (using CN as a reference).
