CP crew change at Ft Steele/Cranbrook, BC

When the unit trains arrive in Fort Steele headed for the UP, I believe they change crews at Fort Steele. Do the manifest trains change at Fort Steele or do they change crews at Cranbrook where they pick up US bound traffic?

I think the crews for Cranbrook and Yahk actually change in Cranbrook. It's the northbound coal trains that change crews at Fort Steele. I haven't observed for sure, but that's the impression I have. Eastbounds for sure are recrewed in Cranbrook, and sail right through the wye to head towards Crowsnest.
