Canadian Railroads > Capacity improvements?

Any projects to increase track capacity for the CN and/or CP to move all the grain and oil? Seems they could use it, like the BNSF in North Dakota.

I only know of CP and CN plans in the Dakotas and Minnesota. CP is planning to install CTC between Pasqua, SK(where the line to the US branches off the CP Transcontinental mainline) and Glenwood, MN in stages over the next few years. CN plans to install and in some sections re-install CTC on the Missabe Sub, basically between Virginia, MN and Duluth, MN. They are also planning to install a second main track on Steelton Hill, which at roughly 2.0% in CN's toughest mainline grade. Steelton Hill is in western Duluth, MN.
