Canadian Railroads > Trying out the "new" flash gun

Howdy,

Completed the purchase this afternoon on a Nikon D300 DSLR that the boss' wife was selling. Nice as my existing Nikkor lenses fit this camera. Took the kids out for a quick run down to the west end of Alyth, heard some EMD's rumbling, and caught what used to be known as the west end "Tramp" crew pulling a heavy cut out of "N" Yard. Worked this job many times as a brakie. Not the best of lighting, adjusted them slightly.

The old reliable SD40-2, was sure a lot louder than the newer GP20ECO. Nice to hear them singing away in notch 5. Hoping to be the first bunch of many with the new flash gun..........
