Earnings up, operating ratio down (to 59.6), grain flow is back in sync with a record movement of grain cars in western Canada.

Increasing its full year outlook, too. In note 6, the Company mentions that it has revised the terms of its executive retirement arrangements to assure that any exec violating the non-compete etc will suffer financial consequences. Looks like an admission the old wording didn't stand up to challenge.
