A few days ago I saw a CN unit oil train #704 (Edmonton to St-Romuald) and noticed that while most of the placards on the tank cars were 1267 (petroleum crude), mixed in randomly were a number of cars placarded 1268 (petroleum distillates). Is this a result of more precise car-by-car contents testing since the events of last year?
