Any word on the start up of VIA's new Prestige Class service ?

The first train with a Prestige car (Laurentide Park) in revenue service departed Vancouver on August 19.

Since there is nothing on the website yet about this service suggesting it is available to the public, I wonder if the departure was true revenue or some kind of break-in/training/travel agency run, at least with regard to the sleeping facilities in the car. Or perhaps they simply had a backlog of folks who had called and asked to put on a waiting list so that they don't need to advertise. However there are some entries on the website that suggest they are getting ready to advertise the service.

The service will not be promoted until next March when there are enough Prestige cars available for all trains, as of the start of next year's peak season. In the meantime it is offered to those making bookings for the particular departures that will have a Prestige car.
