Canadian Railroads > My summer catches

I didn't get to do much railfanning this summer, started a new job earlier in the year so I didn't have much vacation time banked. I did make a few weekend day trips to Vancouver to get my fix as my local railway is a M-F only operation so that rules that out. Anyways, here are 3 of my favorites.

1. Chased CP's Sumas Turn from their Coquitlam yard out to Huntington (Sumas) where they met a BNSF local that had hopped over the border with cars to interchange. August 1, 2014.

2. 6 geep's dragging a BNSF TO SRY transfer though New Westminster. June 21, 2014.

3. A vintage SRY SW900 switching one of the many industries on Annacis Island. June 30, 2014.
