What's in a number?

Due to confusion between the builder and the railway CN's latest ES44AC units came out as numbers 3020 to 3034 instead of 2920 to 2934. They are to be renumbered. One unit made it to Montreal. Here it is trailing on X371 today.

Nice shot . . they look great when they're new . . too bad it won't last long . . . but not as bad as HH"s railroad . . . .
