The new Kerrobert SK oil to rail terminal is expected to originate one unit oil train daily but can expand to two trains daily. This is in addition to the million barrels already shipped from Kerrobert.

Common theme: if a project they don't like gets completed against their wishes they ALWAYS accuse the parties involved, especially those involved in the issuance of permits, of doing everything in secret, making it sound illegal.

I don't see how these "green" groups think they can get away with suing the local pollution control district when the statue of limitations has already run out. The lawyer for the district already stated as such.

This lawsuit is like flinging feces at a wall to see if any of it sticks.

And people wonder why many companies HATE doing business in California...
