Canadian Railroads > Bridges and BluebirdsDate: 03/22/15 12:17 Bridges and Bluebirds Author: Mberry This morning I shot CP 253 and then its counterpart CP 252 in Lasalle, Qc, both on bridges and both with CEFX 'Bluebird' leasers leading on a very cold morning. CP 253 goes from Binghamton, NY to St-Luc yard in Montreal, with 252 being its counterpart.
In the first two shots a fairly long CP 253 has CEFX 1006 & CP 8503 as power as it crosses the frigid St. Lawrence river on its way to the island of Montreal. In the third shot CP 252 is crossing the Lachine canal in Lasalle with CEFX 1035 and CP 9714, just as clouds briefly appear. At right is CP 253, stopped. Michael Berry Edited 1 time(s).
