CN #323
Author: FJ

Busy near the Canada-U.S border today at Lacolle with several CP & CN trains.  Here's one among others that caught my attention.  CN #323 coming from St Albans Vt with tri-levels in the consist.  Those cars seldom run on that line.  Due to some issues at the Port of Halifax,  cars were unloaded in Rhode Island. Routing is P&W NECR then CN to Halifax.  I was told that there are about 100 tri-levels to be moved.

Good to see that the RRs in Vermont (NECR in this case, I'm guessing) are finally getting to exploit the improved clearances of the tunnel under downtown Bellows Falls. Tunnel clearances were raised 5+ years ago with only the occasional ML passing through, AFAIK.
