Flying High Again

With apologies to Ozzy... Took the drone out for another flight yesterday during a period of clear Alberta spring skies. After waiting around for what seemed like an eternity, we were rewarded with a westbound freight with 2 "only driven by an old lady on Sunday" GE's. The 2013 is ex. CNW, while the trailing Dash 8 is a former "Blue Devil" unit (so named for the blue ex. LMS leasing paint it was delivered in). Train is crossing over the North Saskatchewan River at Edmonton Alberta, March 27 2015

It would be different if perhaps people with these various designs of drones would take a
photograph of the actual drone.  There are many variants of the theme; sort of like to see yours.
Which may well in turn allow those of us so interested to explore the remote drone  method
of photography for ourselves.

Using drones (while adhering to local regs etc etc) for photos of railroading certainly open up a whole new perspective - nice shot!
