Technically this should be Bombardier Monday.  CN HR-616 leads an SD40 and an M-636 westbound through Dorval during the summer of 1991.

On one of my trips to Montreal in the 80’s I happened tocatch HR616 2102 leading a couple of M636’s westbound. The train made a stop at
Dorval for some reason and I took the opportunity to climb up into the cab to have
a look at the BBD unit. I spoke to the crew a bit, and asked the engineer what he thoughtof the big striped beast. He looked at me and said: “Friend, This thing couldn’t
pull the hat off your head…”.Obviously, he was less than impressed with the HR. Here is that same train a little later asit sprints westbound out of Montreal on 7-5-87. Up front are BBD HR616 2102 and
a pair of MLW M-636's (2323-2327)

I haven't been in the cabs of all that many locomotives, but my one visit to an HR-616 impressed me with its roominess.  Seemed much more spacious than the GP40-2Ls or even SD75I cabs I've been in.  There was a lot of space behind the control stand.

West or east of Fenelon?

East of Fenelon (no curve at Fenelon).  East end of Dorval station parking lot.  Many changes since this photo was taken!
