Canadian Railroads > A lot of stack trainsDate: 05/16/15 11:20 A lot of stack trains Author: Mberry This morning I shot three stack trains in Pointe-Claire, Qc (CN 106, CN 149 & CP 112) on top of missing one while driving (CN 120).
1-CN 106 has CN 8962 & CN 5488 as it approaches the St-Jean overpass. 2-The tail end of CN 106 is on the other side of the overpass as CP 112 heads east with a pair of AC4400CW's at the head end and another mid-train. CN 149 is visible in the distance at right. 3-A zoom shot catches the tail end of CN 106 and CN 149 meeting. Michael Berry Date: 05/16/15 11:20 Re: A lot of stack trains Author: Mberry 4-A wide shot shows the power of CN 149, with the stacks of CP 112 at left (he had mixed freight at the head end and autoracks at the rear).
5-Shifting spots a bit, CP 112's DPU is visible as CN 149 is still visible in the background. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 05/16/15 11:22 by Mberry. Date: 05/16/15 15:22 Re: A lot of stack trains Author: kgmontreal Nice shots. You should consider moving to Pointe-Claire.
