Part 1, Yale to Juniper Beach
Author: BCR4619

With 4 days to get some trains in and armed with my new camera I set out early Thursday morning with the destination being Juniper Beach for our camping spot.

#1 - CP Eastbound exits the Yale tunnel, if you look above and see the gaurdrails that would be the old highway 1

#2 - CN 8964 crossing the Anderson Creek Bridge

#3 - Wide angle of a CP Manifest with a "new" Beltback unit for Coquitlam Yard.

Great Pics Christian. I envy the lack of parental responsabilities you have!

Image #2, I'm pretty sure you meant the Anderson Creek bridge instead of the Alexandria bridge. That latter lacks railway tracks.

Looks like you had a wonderful trip.

Enjoyable series, i'm looking forward to part two & will have to check out that camping spot someday.  The CN 2100 was just through here (Oregon) a week before your trip leading milled grain empties back from California.

Great photos, looks like a fun trip.
Photo #6 is right about where the front seal on my transmission gave it up, the first time.
