Canadian Railroads > Running into the Dorion Turn after work

After getting off my AMT train in Lasalle this evening, I spotted a single CP GP38-2 parked in Lasalle Yard. I know this meant only one thing: the Dorion Turn had left one engine there while it went to switch the Lasalle Loop with its other unit (CP 3048). Here are some shots of the Dorion Turn on the Lasalle Loop

1-CP 3048 is heading back to its train on Lasalle Loop after switching out Fleischmann's Yeast.

2-A CP crewmember opens up the fence at Total Canada on the Lasalle loop.

3-CP 3048 shoves a tank car over Lafleur Avenue and towards Total Canada.

4-CP 3048 is crossing Lafleur Avenue on and is returning to its train after switching out Total Canada (one of two clients still served by CP on this once busy line).
